You may withdraw your newsletter consent at any time with effect for the future and request erasure of your personal data insofar as no statutory retention duties or other legal reasons prevent erasure.
Withdrawal may be made informally, for example by e-mail or letter. Alternatively you may use our provided withdrawal form.
Withdrawal ends processing insofar as it is based solely on the withdrawn consent and no other legal basis exists for further processing.
Withdrawal has effect for the future.
The lawfulness of processing carried out until the time of withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Erasure takes place only insofar as the statutory conditions are met and no other legal basis, statutory retention duty or other lawful reason prevents erasure.
Completing and generating this form does not automatically transmit your withdrawal to Allprova Technologies and does not automatically erase or change stored data. After creating it, please send the form to our stated contact address. A responsible person reviews the incoming withdrawal and takes the necessary measures in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
A signature is not a condition for an informal withdrawal to be effective.
